  Yes, due to the high unit price, large size, and long shipping time of diesel generators, we require a sales contract to be signed after the online order is placed. • What is the typical production lead time for diesel generators?
  The standard production lead time for 1-2 units is 7-10 days, for 3-100 units it is 15 days. For quantities over 100 units, please contact us to determine the specific delivery date.

 

• Do you offer international shipping, and how can I check the shipping cost to my country?
  Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. You can easily calculate the shipping cost on the product detail page using our Shipping Calculator located just above the customization module. Simply enter your country, city, and postal code to view real-time shipping rates, including FOB, CIF, and DDP options.

• How can I track my order, especially if it is shipped by sea freight?
  For large diesel generators shipped via sea freight, once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a Bill of Lading and a tracking number or container number. You can use this information to track your shipment through the freight carrier’s portal or our logistics partner. Please note that sea freight may take longer than standard delivery, typically ranging from 3 to 6 weeks depending on the destination.
